MSRB BEGINS PRODUCTION OF DAILY COMPREHENSIVE REPORT

 

     

       The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board on November 1, 2001 released the first Daily Comprehensive Report.  This report includes details of all municipal securities trades effected two weeks earlier, that is, on October 18, 2001.  There are 27,161 trades for October 18, with total par value of 11.96 billion dollars.

            A new Daily Comprehensive Report will be released each business day in the future.  The reports are available from the MSRB by subscription.  For details, see the MSRB’s web site at
